One of our favorite bloggers, Heather from We Met in a Bar, will soon be tying the knot and we are more than excited. But what really got us giddy where the images she posted on her blog of her wedding invitation suite!

Heather is a graphic designer, so it's no surprise that her invitations are perfect in every way. As well as stunning but simple. And have we mentioned that we love the color combo of marigold and gray with a kick of strawberry!? Because we do. Lotsy.

The RSVP gave the following instructions to the guests, "don't waste the paper! leave a note on the back!" We can only imagine the clever and thoughtful responses the guests wrote on the back of those puppies.

We have a "thing" for brightly colored envelopes. These pink envelopes are for the RSVP envelopes and would give any bride a reason to scamper out to her mailbox everyday!

Congratulations, Heather, on a beautiful suite! We hope those RSVP's start coming in so that you can have a reason to scamper to your mailbox!

...Library Card...

Listen, we saw these and they took us back to the days of the card catalogue and being curled up in the comfy chair at the library with the newest Boxcar Children book {or Babysitters Club, whatev}. Anyways, we were smitten. Here's a look at the suite:

The invitation mimics a vintage library due date card with a typewriter font that is too adorable to take your eyes off of.

The RSVP card takes the form of a "Library Card Application" form that your guests would be delighted to fill out.

From the designer: The couple's wedding reception was to be held at the Newberry Library library in Chicago, Illinois. These invitations were designed to look like vintage library material. A due date card, library application and card catalogue cards {see the reception card, below} were used as the inspiration for each piece. The entire package was placed in a navy blue pocket that resembles a pocket inside a library book.

And you know that we love wrap around labels, so we had to end with a picture of the lovely envelope and the darling wrap around label.

...Thoughtful Day...

We know that we're not the first one to blog about the lovely Melodie Collection from Thoughtful Day, but we just had to feature it.

"The Melodie Collection is a set of four themed wedding collections that allow you to mix or match your wedding invitations. The option is completely up to you and allows you to come up with a unique and custom collection as well as pricing that fits within your budget! In addition to the three colorways, custom colors are available too."

Seriously, what a lovely idea! There are three main colors to choose from before you start designing your invitation suite: pink, blue or green. Once you have picked out your color, you can choose between four options {the four themed wedding collections mentioned above} for each of the parts of your wedding invitation suite: the invitation, rsvp card, thank you card, direction card and even designs for your outer envelope! Mixing and matching is highly encouraged!

...Moving...

We would like to let you know that....we're moving!!! We couldn't be more thrilled and cannot wait to set up our new office space! For now, we thought that we would leave you with this cute little moving announcement, in honor of our move.

The recipient of this little gem is instructed to use their trusty x-acto knife to cut out the design and then folded into a little moving truck! We likey.
